Kathy Guthrie

Dr. Kathy L. Guthrie is a professor in the higher education program at Florida State University. She serves as director of the Leadership Learning Research Center and coordinator of the Undergraduate Certificate in Leadership Studies. She is the editor for the New Directions in Student Leadership series and chairs the International Leadership Association’s Committee on the Advancement of Leadership Programs. Her research focuses on leadership learning outcomes, socially just and culturally relevant leadership education, and professional development of student affairs administrators. 

Denny Roberts

Dennis C. Roberts is an independent consultant, speaker, and author. Former Assistant Vice President of Education for Qatar Foundation, he served for seven years to guide the establishment of student development and support services for its branch universities at Education City in Doha. He served previously as Associate Vice President of Student Affairs at Miami University. He is past president of the American College Personnel Association (ACPA) and long-term member of the International Leadership Association.

Oliver Seale

Oliver Seale (PhD) is a leadership development specialist, lecturer and researcher. He is the Director of Higher Education Leadership and Management (HELM) at Universities South Africa (USAf). He holds a PhD in Leadership Development from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. Oliver is a research associate at the Ali Mazrui Centre for Higher Education Studies at the University of Johannesburg. His first book titled, ‘Deanship in the Global South: Bridging Troubled Waters,’ was published by Brill Sense in February 2021. Oliver serves as a non-executive director on the Forum for University Nursing Departments in South Africa. He is also a member of the Committee for Advancing Leadership Programs (CALP) at the International Leadership Association.

Keith Edwards

Keith (he/him/his) helps individuals, organizations, and communities to realize their fullest potential. Over the past 20 years Keith has spoken and consulted at more than 300 colleges and universities, presented more than 200 programs at national conferences, and written more than 20 articles or book chapters on curricular approaches, sexual violence prevention, men’s identity, social justice education, and leadership. His research, writing, and speaking have received national awards and recognition. His TEDx Talk on Ending Rape has been viewed around the world. He is co-editor of Addressing Sexual Violence in Higher Education and co-author of The Curricular Approach to Student Affairs. Keith is also a certified executive and leadership coach for individuals who are looking to unleash their fullest potential. Keith was previously the Director of Campus Life at Macalester College in St. Paul, MN where he provided leadership for the areas of residential life, student activities, conduct, and orientation. He was an affiliate faculty member in the Leadership in Student Affairs program at the University of St. Thomas, where he taught graduate courses on diversity and social justice in higher education for 8 years.
