She most recently served as Vice Provost for University Life at the University of Pennsylvania, and has held administrative and educator roles at Rollins College, Oregon State University, University of Houston, The University of Texas at Austin, and Schreiner University.

She currently works as the director of Women*s Student Services at Michigan State University and serves as affiliate faculty in the Student Affairs Administration MA program at MSU.
